2. General Terms

These terms of service apply to all purchases made on aibootcamphq.com. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in their entirety.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes.

3. Products and Prices

3.1 E-books

We sell digital products in the form of e-books. When you purchase an e-book, you gain access to download the product in PDF format.

3.2 Courses

We offer online courses in AI and compliance. When purchasing a course, you gain access to the course material via our platform.

3.3 Prices

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes do not affect already completed purchases.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. The order confirmation contains information about your purchase and an order number.

4.2 Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card through our secure payment solution Stripe. Payment is charged immediately upon completion of the purchase.

We do not store your card details. All payment transactions are handled securely by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Delivery

5.1 Digital Delivery

E-books are delivered digitally to the email address you provided at purchase. You will receive an email with a download link immediately after payment is completed.

5.2 Course Access

Access to online courses is granted immediately after payment is completed. You will receive login credentials at the email address provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the digital product. You can cancel your purchase by contacting us at info@aibootcamphq.com.

6.2 Expiration of Right of Withdrawal

Important: The right of withdrawal expires if you begin downloading or streaming the digital content. By starting the download, you accept that the right of withdrawal expires.

6.3 Refunds

If you cancel your purchase before the download has started, we will refund the full amount within 14 days after we receive your cancellation.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

All content on aibootcamphq.com and in our products is protected by copyright and belongs to AI BootCamp or our licensors.

When purchasing e-books and courses, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own learning. You may not:

• Resell or distribute the material
• Share login credentials with others
• Copy or reproduce the material for commercial purposes
• Modify or alter the material

8. Limitation of Liability

AI BootCamp disclaims any liability for:

• Indirect losses or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from the use of or inability to use our products
• Loss of data or profits
• Business losses

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

10. Complaints

10.1 Right to Complain

You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can have the product repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
